As of June 30, Xinjie Energy’s First Mine shaft excavation and paving construction reached 1,175 meters, exceeding the plan by 740 meters. The Second Mine shaft excavation and lining achieved 624 meters, surpassing the plan by 534 meters—more than one month ahead of the schedule. Notably, the Second Mine’s West Wind Shaft set industry records with an average drilling progress of 91 meters per day, peaking at 242 meters in a single day, accumulating a monthly drilling progress of 3,284 meters, and completing the process transformation in just 13 days.

Since the beginning of 2025, Xinjie Energy has prioritized “sci-tech acceleration, management acceleration, technical acceleration, and coordination acceleration”, to conduct meticulous planning in advance, refine task lists, implement reverse scheduling, carry out classified measures, and foster coordinated efforts, ensuring shaft construction sequence, preparation, implementation and optimization. The Company has reinforced six core controls: safety, quality, progress, investment, compliance, and design, established a rapid response mechanism for project issues, joint handling of urgent matters, and tracking, dispatching and supervision, with designated personnel to supervise construction procedure and working teams to promote construction schedule, doubling efforts through decisive and creative measures. By specifying the time nodes into detailed network diagrams for adjacent key points, the Company has simultaneously advanced eight shafts in construction, with single shaft freezing holes construction compressed from an average of 130 days to 100 days; freezing time reduced from 50 days to 42 days; installation of mine shaft sinking equipment and shaft locking construction shortened from 45 to 30 days; and process transformation time halved from 30 to 15 days. As a result, the Xinjie First Mine’s four shafts started construction one month earlier than planned, and the Xinjie Second Mine’s four shafts launched two months ahead of schedule, which significantly accelerates mine construction, thus making mining area construction at a faster pace.

Xinjie Energy will strengthen integrated planning, orderly coordination, dynamic management, project dispatching and coordination, as well as accountability and efficiency enhancement mechanisms. The Company ensures weekly target fulfillment by completing daily tasks, ensures monthly target fulfillment by completing weekly tasks, and ensures yearly target fulfillment by completing monthly tasks. Binding commitments of target fulfillment will be signed at each level to promote the progress of the project, fully supporting the development of a new mining area.
